What we do

At Sustainable Initiatives International, one of our primary objectives is to bring smiles to the faces of the elderly. We believe that doing so will enhance their happiness and potentially extend the span of their lives. In African culture, older individuals are highly valued for their wisdom, as they provide advice to the young based on their life experiences, care for their grandchildren, uphold traditional rites, and offer blessings to their children.

Despite their importance, many elderly people live in poverty and do not experience happiness in their later years. Drawing from the founder’s international exposure, where he has witnessed how old people can be made to enjoy life and view aging as a blessing, we have decided to incorporate a support scheme for the elderly in rural communities. Our focus will be on those who are extremely poor and either have no children or whose children have not yet achieved stability in life.

This initiative aims to restore their joy and create vibrant village communities, preserving essential values and cultural traditions.
