What we do

After a holistic examination of the challenges faced by residents of developing countries, Sustainable Initiatives International has realized that these hardships are especially harsh for women, making them vulnerable to issues such as sexual abuse as they strive to make ends meet.

As a result, Sustainable Initiatives International aims to abolish gender discrimination by training young women in various income-generating activities, provide them with startup capital (for those who wish to become entrepreneurs), or placing them as employees in reputable workplaces where human and women’s rights are fully respected.

We believe that this approach will ensure that girls and women seeking employment are not taken advantage of, since they will have multiple option of generating income in addition to our continuous follow up to ensure that their rights are upheld.
